Suporting Lesbian and Gay Families |

EuroGames Barcelona 2008 has given its support to the first national meeting of Lesbian and Gay Families, which has taken place from the 1st to the 4th of may in Tarragona (Spain).
Over 350 mothers, fathers and children have participated in this meeting, coming from Catalunya, Valencia, Madrid, Basc Country, Andalucia or the south of France, among other origins. It was time to become visible and to share experiences, talk about our future and share sports and leisure. EuroGames'08 volunteers have organized 12 hours of sports to 70 children between 5 and 17 years old.
Our children are our future and EuroGames Barcelona 2008 pushes for a non-homofobic future without any sexual or gender discrimination, whether it´s a heterosexual family or a homosexual family.
