Les Panteres Grogues, all LGTB associations and companies, the LGTB community in Barcelona, and the whole city are getting ready to welcome you in July 2008 to the EuroGames Barcelona 08. There will be two days full of sports, culture, debates and fun… but above all, emotions. We want everyone who takes part in EuroGames Barcelona 08 to remember them as that special moment they shared with us in Barcelona, our home city. The great sports capacity and quality of Barcelona and the surrounding cities will ensure the use of top level sports venues for the majority of the sports, including some breathtaking venues that were used for the Olympics in 1992. Furthermore, the structure of the city, open, respectful, plural, forward-thinking, artistic, architectural, and with a strong focus on tourism, is an important starting point in order to offer you that magical atmosphere you expect to find when visiting us. Together with this, the outstanding effort of lots of people who are already working and collaborating on the organization of the EuroGames Barcelona 08, and many more that will join us in the next months will make it possible to meet our common goal.
